"Ben at the Scottsdale location in Watch Repair did a 5 Star Job!!! I took my watch to a different Jeweler to have the battery replaced and I was told the movement was not working and needed to be replaced. My watch has three separate movements so I decided to take it to Ed Marshall to have the other two batteries replaced to see if I could get one movement to work. Ben said he replaced the battery and cleaned up a bunch of fingerprints and now it is working great! He saved me about $200 in watch repair costs as quoted by the other jeweler. I'm taking all my watches here!! While I was there Ben also adjusted three other bracelets on other watches I brought in. Service was quick and friendly. I very much appreciate Ben!!"

"Made appointment to sell watch, offered ~35% of watchcharts pre-owned market price on a piece they indicated looked unworn. Their list prices on pre-owned pieces are 20-50% above market, so the delta is huge obviously. This place operates like a pawn shop, and indicated they were anticipating a meteoric drop in the luxury watch market in the next 12-18 months. Their advice: sell watches on Chrono24, ebay, or Facebook. Friendly enough though."
