Such good service from the Chandler location! AND we were there for a watch battery. The outfit that changed the battery before forgot to replace a gasket so Dominic sent it off to their "mothership" store to get assembled properly - with a new gasket. Exemplary service, which is rare (in my opinion). And we will be back. Thanks Dominic!

I have been to the Scottsdale location many times in the past so I thought I would have a look at this store since it is close to home. I was pretty impressed at how nice it was for a smaller jewelry store. Dominic was great to talk with, I could tell he is a watch enthusiast because we spent half an hour chatting about watches. I ended up with a limited edition Seiko I hadn’t seen before. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing experience! My first time buying Omega watch, or any luxury watch for that matter. Kara was very informative and took her time to teach me how the watch worked. Had an opportunity to check out many other items as well. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Katrina greeted me as soon as I walked in and led me back to the watch department. I had 4 watches that needed battery changes and Tyler handled the intake. I waited maybe 25 minutes for the service and the price was extremely fair. While I waited, Tyler was so personable and offered me a water right away. I left the store feeling delighted and I would strongly recommend you visit this store for shopping and service!

They repaired a turquoise ring, made a pendant out of a turquoise’s bracket that was broke and replaced a missing opal in a ring , everything turned out beautiful, I would highly recommend this store! 👍 So happy!
