"Two reviews in one: About a year ago, I needed a Movado watch repaired as the face had twisted somehow. Also, a watch band that wore out on an uncommon brand of watch that they made special effort to find. E.D. Marshall solved both problems and their professionalism and expertise were evident. This is a real jewelry store with dedicated and knowledgeable staff. I knew I would return here, and did today. I had 3 older watches that needed batteries replaced and a band fixed--not anything fancy, but they meant a lot to me. While I waited, they replaced all 3 batteries and the band and charged me nothing! What small business do that these days? I asked 3 times if I could pay them something and they declined. I know where to buy a new watch or new jewelry for my wife, right? Here's a business that knows how to treat customers, and their work speaks for itself. Thanks E.D.
