"Ive been looking to reward myself for 50 yrs in Aviation, and a Rolex watch was what I decided to get myself. Being okd school, I did two things. 1- started saving my money ( cash only thank you) 2- started researching Rolex watches Now for the common guy/gal, you cant just walk in and buy a new Rolex watch at a Rolex AD ( Authorized Dealer). You have to suck ip to them, buy pieces of jewelry that you dont wont and go on a waiting list. NOT FOR ME. I decided to go 'pre owned' and the market has hundreds of dealers that will sell you a Rolex, still under warrantee.Long story short, I chose ED Marshall and checked them out physically in October. They have a very good website, and about 10 days ago, they posted the watch that I was looking for. I called the store and a sales associate named Kara answered and she was familiar with the particular reference that I was seeking. She assured me that it was still available and we agreed to meet in a few minutes, as I had just left the Rolex store in Scottsdale with my wallet still intact. Kara met me as I walked in, watch in hand. It was absolutely beautiful, a 2021 with 2 1/2 yrs of warrantee left, box, papers, tags, a really nice example. The price was very reasonable, but Kara asked her manager to give me a discount? $300! Without asking! I walked out, my dream watch on my arm. Thanks Kara, and staff. A very good shopping experience!"
